H Build Group was brough into this project after the DA was approved. The scope is to extend this Naremburn Cottage in a Heritage Conservation Area towards the rear lane.

The clients needed updated drawings and Construction Certificate documentation to get the job underway.

HBG took the existing doucmentation and updated it as required by Council and the Principal Certifying Authority to succesfully accquire a Construction Certificate.
