This dilapidated terrace in the heart of Balmain has been restored to its former glory!

The homeowner engaged H Build Group to help develop this site. Their passion for restoring historic properties translated into our Council Approved Design.

The street frontage was restored with iron palisade fencing, and heritage matched window banding.

New tesselated Old English tiling to external surfaces finishes off this beautiful Balmain home.

An expansive 4 bedroom, 2-storey is tucked out of sight at the rear of the long block.
