Status: Construction Certificate Phase

H Build Group was brough into this project after the DA was approved. The scope is to build a new driveway, garage and pool cabana with studio on recenelty acquired land adjacent to the existing property.

The clients needed updated drawings and Construction Certificate documentation to get the job underway.

HBG took the existing doucmentation and updated it as required by Council and the Principal Certifying Authority to succesfully accquire a Construction Certificate.
