Initially H Build Group was engaged to take and old approved DA over and provide a Construction Certificate (CC), but as the job evolved, the homeowner’s requirements had changed since approval - nearly 5 years earlier.

H Build Group, then provided in-house documentation to get a Modification (S4.56) approved with Inner West Council.
